Combine the therapeutic effects of water and bio-mechanically aligned instruction for a class to aid in your body’s wellness. Water Wellness will increase your aerobic capacity, develop muscle strength, and decreases muscle strain. Kids/Adults Swimming Lessons
Our mission is to build happy, healthy, confident people through our swim lessons,teach people how to swim using correct techniques and proper progressions in each level, learners will also learn exciting new skills and become independent and we never teach through fear, domination or force. Our emphasis is teaching swim lessons while having fun, being understanding and patient.
Watsu
Watsu is a form of aquatic bodywork used for deep relaxation and passive aquatic therapy, Watsu is characterized by one-on-one sessions in which a practitioner or therapist gently cradles, moves, stretches, and massages a receiver in chest-deep warm water.


Hydrotherapy
What is Hydrotherapy ?Hydrotherapy Is a part of alternative medicine (particularly naturopathy), occupational therapy and physiotherapy, that involves the use of water for pain relief and treatment.
Private lessons
We try to place a strong emphasis on safety both in and around the water. Gentle, caring and calm teaching methods are the basis of all lessons, which are paced to meet the needs of each individual. We offer oodles of encouragement for those who are capable, yet lacking confidence and employ express teaching methods for those who are confident swimmers but looking to refine their skills.
Whether you or your child are learning to swim for the first time or looking to build your confidence in the water, want to overcome a fear or improve a stroke, we can instruct you. The instructors teach children through play and encourage enjoyment of the sensations of being in the water.
